During its 2023/24 Audit of the Parish Council's Annual Governance and Accountability Report (AGAR), the government appointed auditors, Moores, queried the calculation on Section of the Report. On re-reading this the clerk realised she had made a typographical error on Box 5 for both the year under review...

We received a new planning application so the agenda has been updated so that the Parish Council can consider the application, which is for a portal frame extension to an agricultural building at Home Farm, Coventry Road, Pailton.

There are two parish council meetings on 13th - the first is the normal monthly meeting that will also deal with post election admin and the second meeting is the Annual Parish Council Meeting that deals with the election of a chair and vice chair and a review of Council policies.
